Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. PURCHASES Users and customers are not allowed to make any sort of altercations to the price, the amount they paid, to the website, our products, our files, or anything that belongs to our LLC. We have the right to refuse refunds, replacements, and other solutions should we deem it necessary. We are not responsible for anything that is not in our control, whether it be sharing payment information, our sponsors/partners, or competitors products. We are responsible for our own items and services. We do not issue refunds unless for specific circumstances, and only specific individuals can approve refunds. Otherwise, for certain products customers may be eligible for a replacement if it fits inside the warranty agreement time clause. Should you, the customer, send the bitcoin amount to the wrong wallet that does not belong to the company, we will not issue you a replacement, refund, or any other solution. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we had no part in such process, therefore we do not have any entitlement to the situation. Please make sure that the wallet your sending to is correct. CHARGEBACKS Any chargebacks that are useless and are deemed to manipulate the system to get back a refund illegitimately, will not only be dismissed in our favor, but will bar you from purchasing from our website or participating in our communication network ever again. Please think carefully before performing reckless decisions. Refunds are non-negotiable and non-permittable, regardless of the situation unless granted by a person within the management hierarchy. As such, you agree to this statement the moment you purchase an item/service from our website. LEGAL Any software listed on our website is made for strictly offline/localhost. Any miss-use of the training-softwares are out of our control. Our domain is not responsible for the longevity of the software, we simply provide the service to customers for a price. Should an issue occur related to the software in regards to its existence, we are not responsible for any inconvenience it causes, as this does not fall into our control, therefore it is not in our liability to ensure any form of compensation, unless a specific individual with clearance grants such access.
